By using GlowSig you agree to these terms. They're written plainly on purpose. If anything's unclear, contact Mention Group.

1. The service

GlowSig is a tool for creating email signatures and a hosted Signature Page. The free tier is provided as-is. Paid plans add features described on our pricing page.

2. Your content

You own the content you put into your signature and Signature Page (your name, logo, links, media). You're responsible for having the rights to use it, and for making sure it's lawful and not misleading.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use GlowSig for spam, phishing, impersonation, malware, or anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do. The "Powered by Mention Group" credit remains on signatures and Signature Pages on all plans.

4. Paid plans & billing

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation stops future charges and returns you to the free tier. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

6. Liability

GlowSig and Mention Group aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. The service is provided without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
