Privacy Policy

What we collect

Signature content stays in your browser. When you build a signature, the details you type and any photo you upload are processed locally in your browser to generate the HTML. We don't store your signature on our servers.

Email address (only if you give it). If you enter your email to unlock copy/download, we receive it via our form processor (Web3Forms) so we can send you product tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.

Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to count page views. It doesn't track you across other sites or build an advertising profile.

Open-tracking pixel. Signatures can include an optional invisible pixel that counts opens. It records an anonymous tally, not the identity of the reader.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and we don't add tracking to your signature without the option being shown to you in the builder.

Cookies

The core site is cookieless. Any third-party tools you connect (such as an embedded accessibility widget or video) may set their own cookies under their policies.

Your choices

You can use the generator without giving an email, turn the tracking pixel off in the builder, and request deletion of any email you submitted by contacting Mention Group.
