How to add an email signature to Outlook, Apple Mail & everywhere else
You built a signature in GlowSig and hit Copy signature. Here's how to paste it into every major email app. The trick everywhere is the same: paste the rendered signature (formatted), not the raw code.
Outlook (new Outlook for Windows & web)
- Open Settings (gear, top right) → Accounts → Signatures.
- Click New signature, give it a name.
- Click into the editing box and paste with Ctrl+V (Cmd+V on Mac). Your formatted signature appears.
- Under Select default signatures, set it for new messages and replies.
- Save, then send yourself a test.
Outlook (classic desktop for Windows)
- Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
- Click New, name it, then paste into the Edit signature box with Ctrl+V.
- Pick the signature for New messages and Replies/forwards on the right.
- Click OK and test.
If classic Outlook strips an image or spacing, it's the notorious Word rendering engine. Keep the signature table-based and inline-styled (what GlowSig outputs) and it holds up.
Outlook on Mac
- Outlook → Settings → Signatures.
- Click +, name it, paste with Cmd+V into the editor.
- Set it as default for your account, then close and test.
Apple Mail (Mac)
- Mail → Settings → Signatures.
- Pick your account, click + to add one.
- Uncheck "Always match my default message font" so the formatting survives.
- Paste your signature with Cmd+V, then drag it to be the default.
Gmail

Mobile (iPhone & Android)
The catch: most mobile mail apps (the Gmail and Outlook apps, Apple Mail on iOS) only support plain-text signatures. Set your rich GlowSig signature on desktop, where it applies to everything you send from there, and keep a simple one-line text version on mobile. This is a limitation of the apps, not your signature.
One signature, every client
Because GlowSig outputs clean, table-based, inline-styled HTML, the same copy works across Outlook, Apple Mail and Gmail. Build it once, paste it everywhere, and point the one tappable link at your Signature Page so the rich stuff (video, music, booking) works no matter which app opened the email.
